Last day of School.

A new Medium to explore!

I’ve been asked to be the creative director for a small little music video, and well i have thrown ideas out and they are loved…the problem is when i explore my mind for ideas I have no boundaries, so then i can bring them back to something that is manageable and to fit a smaller budget. But it looks like my friend  loves it so much, he doesn’t seem to want to bring it back to what might be more manageable/ affordable?.  Then again who am i to say what’s possible, if it happens great!

In the mean time I am having the time of my life just going crazy with scenes involving water and jellyfish. They are such beautiful creatures, the Jellies. I was stung by one when I was little, but looking at them at the aquarium they are magical and so graceful yet deadly… like a woman! 😉

Anyway I threw this together to get across what I had in my head.

Finally we have her!

The man and I have been working on different designs to finalize on our little fairy and here she is!

Plump and perfect with her friends.

The meeting

I’ve had a particular kinda dream for a few years and it’s something i’d like to shoot live action someday up at the Arctic circle. But for now I had done this little image to remind me of the magic and the hold it has had on me over the years. It is a story of the first and last meeting the youngest girl, the last born of the human race, meets the 4 gardians of the earth. (there is more to this but i’m just going to leave you with that little bit).  😉

Isabeau unfinished

I did this fairy a while ago and haven’t gotten around to finishing her. So I thought I’d post her now and when I do I’ll show the new version of her with finished leaves & berrys on her head.

I named her Isabeau as she reminded me of Michelle Pfeiffer in Ladyhawke.

Road Trip!

I have been trying to put this drawing together from a few moments I get here and there between projects.

I was focusing so much on my lighting I forgot where it was, but we learn from our mistakes. This drawing was not suppose to take too much time and I needed to move on, start something new!

Anyway hope you feel the way I do when spring starts to break through the clouds.
